I face a lot of back pain issues due to sitting in same posture entire day and then driving 2.5-3 hrs everyday in my city’s traffic and I can say thru personal experience I feel working out makes me feel better, I don’t like to take even a day’s break in the week because then I feel lethargic, I have once done even with a sprained leg for a couple of days, pain hota hai but you feel better later

And I don’t like and get time for doing any of the house chores except arranging my own stuffs

So backpain and workout IMO has no connection for those who regulaur workout, unless it’s a severe one and doctor has advised complete bed rest

It cracked me up until a few weeks ago. Now, it just makes me want to go, line them up all straight and break a vase over each person head who demeans Rashmi and Arhaan's relationship or character thrashes Rashmi one more time. I'm no fan of Rashmi's, I have time and again spoke about whatever flaws I saw in her, I haven't seen a lot of her work or shows and I obvious as hell don't know her personally. But this repeatedly and continuous character shaming of a woman on national tv is nauseating to watch. Two consenting adults are questioned, mocked, ridiculed and shamed over and over again for their personal lives or personal choices and two are glorified beyond comprehension. Kya ch*****pa laga rakha hain? Sometimes, I wish Rashmi should have gone straight up and fought like Gauhar did when she began a relationship with Kushal. Those two used to get questioned a lot and I remember she used to rightfully put everyone in their place. But sadly, Kushal didn't have a kid (alleged or not) which is why Rashmi's bound. They have said they they'll take put, have put things on hold, aren't even shomancing or any bs. I mean, Rashmi doesn't have get too touchy feel with him on the show ever since the revelation, doesn't even feel comfortable dancing around with him, even their hugs are of the platonic-protective kind. Aur kya karein ab yeh dono?

As for Shukla and Rashmi's past, I was always convinced that these two were in a relationship and it ended pretty bad. The way Shukla's been character thrashing her, those kind of personal details and info being out, ghar pe lene bandh kar diya hain, Goa tak aa gayi etc are indications enough. But since the POS has a MASSIVE ego, it ending or the way it might have ended seems to have affected him adversely. Isiliye yeh banda itna burnt up, itna bitter, itna obsessed hain usko le kar. Now, I don't care what happened or how it ended or who was at fault. They both are free to accuse and shame each other as long it as it is limited to the professional relationship they shared but the way Shukla mixes the two up is outrageous. If you loved that woman once or shared a deeply personal relationship whether emotional or sexual, have an ounce of respect and a shred of decency to not malign her in the public view in such a demeaning way. But nope, POS is through and through.

I am watching the show after almost 10/15 days. Maybe the first time after sid came back and the first thing i get to see is dumb rashmi . 😆 what was she blabbering when sallu was talking about that headline task? Is she always like that? I thought there must be some improvement but nothing.

All the time sid being an @$$**** showed her in good light. When he wasnt in rashmi looked like a deer lost in headlights.

Sid is back and she is being obsessed and looking stupid. I do get she is the main competitor and sid is being spoon fed but must be the weakest ever. Instead Asim is shining.

Shukla is do YUCK! Sometimes I feel Sana deserves to win just for putting up with his nasty ass. The way he went on about people using Sana for a vote and how she is to gullible to realize that, made me want to slap him silly. I mean I am not a huge feminist, but that just rubbed me so wrongly. Bandi khud ke bharose hi BB pe aayi hai credit her with half a brains worth of intelligence.

A very good insight into what a relationship with him would be like. No thank you!

yeh sab Sana ke liye bola, but she is ek number wannabe chalu: she only had expectations of work from Asim? Not froM Paras, Mahira, Sid? Her gang of people, since they are real and baaki sab fake hain?

These people gave no idea how popular Asim is... they know he is well liked, so they try to gang up in him, specially that Paras, who paints him as a sympathy seeker, but the rest haven’t a clue. Aaj bhi Sallu spoke of Sanas popularity but not Asim. If they knew,he is almost set till finale, many would be rethinking their game. But koi nahi... we like watching fools in their element. 😂

I will agree with you on the points I made bold - although I don’t agree that Sana should have blamed everything on Asim or expected so much from him. However had Asim helped her out he would have gathered more of a soft corner with Sana. he missed a good play here. She was already somewhat standing up for him. But his frustration roots from Shukla and that’s all he saw. I hope he will step up a little and do some extra duties to win her over a little more. Ah well should’ve -would’ve-could’ve....

I’m actually waiting to see Sana vs Paras. I feel like if there is anyone who can give Paras a fitting response to his horrible behaviour it’s Sana. She can really stoop to his level and perhaps shut him up.

Shefali has lost the plot. She thinks she’s presently in a group where she is valued. She isn’t. She’s just a body and a vote to them. I doubt any of them trust her or will ever save her. She’s not going to perfect her game there. One small mistake and Shukla will be done with her.. and once he’s done so is everyone else - they will avoid her like kryptonite.

If reports are to be trusted there will be 3

Eliminations Madhu, Arhaan and Bagga. After them I do believe the next to go will be Shefali cause’ Mahira always gets saved one way or another.

Fair. I like Asim a teeny -weeny bit more than Shukla so I do think he needs to play a bit carefully here.

He has a chance here to play the isolated and unfairly targeted role.

One of the disappointments of this season has been how poor all the housemates have been at playing victim😆- I adored Shilpa but she was brilliant at playing victim.

Given that a potential Sana- Asim alliance is now out of question,the Paras - Sana fight will depend a lot on Sid now.

I like Shefali for how cold-blooded she is - she does not care for any of them.

I didn't know Mahira Sana Paras any one of them before this show....and for Paras, no one would want to remember him after this show.....he would join the likes of Akash, Ajaz, Luv, Manu, Preetam,Praneet,etc....whom no one likes to remember and use their name while cracking jokes

I didn't know Mahira Sana Paras any one of them before this show....and for Paras, no one would want to remember him after this show.....he would join the likes of Akash, Ajaz, Luv, Manu, Preetam,Praneet,etc....whom no one likes to remember and use their name while cracking jokes

paras is like Mahira... delusional about their achievements. He will not even be remembered for making his season memorable. Like it or not, that tag will now go to Asim and Sid 😂😂

@bold - that’s one way to look at it 😆. The guy’s a misogynist pig - bas isme akal hain, baaki saare useless and incapable. Painting Sana “bholi” as opposed to directly calling her brainless as he did Aarti for instance - is simply a change in the wrapping.

I might dislike Sana more often than I like her, but there’s no denying she’s far smarter than he is, and better at playing this game too. And I wouldn’t wish him as a partner on anyone - not even him lol.
