Why does asim need to convince people.sana is captain? Sana should have convinced her shuklapur friends to work. This shows they are friends only for namesake. Had they been genuine they would have made her Captaincy a success .

Asim himself had done so much work and that was also cleaning bathroom in his own captaincy that was just 1 week before ,so why should he do bathroom again and again
