Ghar KA Khana

As it was said ghar ka khana but how many of their parents live in Mumbai. Mahira's parents might be from jammu.. Paras from Delhi,,, Sana from Punjab ,, others I don't know. So how could they send the Khana from Mumbai. Only those whose parents live in mumbai can send .
