After Death Babita butchered and no S2

So Babita bless her is dead, but She is still butchered, to justify Poor Mini sweeping in and turning everthing to Gold. Like she does all the time.

So She took advice from the great poor Mini regarding her financial independence etc. After She left But her Restaurant is showing a heavy loss and the Hawali could be lost.

But here is the problem with the writers etc, please explain if the Restaurant is running in loses, than pray explain the money left to Mini in stocks etc.

Now I am not a Accountant, but I presume taxes etc have to be paid etc, so unless Babita was taking money away from the Takings and not declaring it for Taxes etc, how on earth has it got to this state, that She has loads of Money to give Poor Mini but the Restaurant is bankrupt. How is it possible.

The whole if S2 is a joke and there was no story left to tell. But a repeat of Poor mini as Babita and Arya as Babita and Neil as HS in turn looking after Arya, like seriously this is S2.

Who are they kidding with this nonsense, oh and Neil comes with divine blessing and Love for poor Mini.
