i have been purchasing for two years now and so far no complaints. Sometimes takes less than a week, but of the shipment is from china, then takes a bit more than 20days. But they give coupons if they are late in delivering. And if you give reviews you get more coupons. also if you prepay and the item is sold out you get refund then and there 😎 For all fancy stuff I indulge in Club Factory every alternate month 😆

This time I purchased lot of things.

Ps : if you keep on asking the customer service for your package they also quicken it's delivery 😆 ab toh you have call service too chat service bhi hai. But both work good. 😆

Like this package I had ordered on 21st Nov. Was to come by 8Dec. Came today. Got a coupon of 200rs bulk order tha.

Again kuch orders of this bulk order had come by 25th of nov.
