From her IS I only felt they shifted Pre to SN for safety, I guess after tomorrow's another attack on Prerna, Sharmas or Anurag will decide to to shift her to SN and get treatment there for safety purpose. There's a BTS of doctor who tried to harm Pre with Sharmas.
