I've seen a similar English tv shows some yrs ago.. where leads are forced to live in marriage but the wife asks husband to go & live his live happily .. as long as he comes home at night - so that others don't doubt it. This is until they're able to come out of the marriage.

This situation vaguely reminds me of SGP. Doesn't it?

Pari's role now is a question. Don't want her to play peacemaker.

See today it’s Pakya, tomorrow it could be any other character sacrificed by writers to go whichever route they wanna go. So redeeming or not doesn’t matter.

Initially I was for Yogi and Gunjan. I opposed Pari coz she was ill-mannered, selfish and rude. I don’t like such characters in name of angst or troubled childhood. Nope. Her behavior was annoying and nothing justifies it. Debattama was ott too.

But Pari improved. She stayed with Srivastavs and changed her ways. Debattama improved leaps and bounds. Character growth in Pari has been amazing. On the other side Gunjan has been one dimensional and so is Simran’s acting.

I don’t know about message but given the current standing, Pari loses everything. Lost her parents and now lost Yogi. It’s unfair to her. Yogi and Gunjan has loving families. Pari doesn’t deserve this. That’s all.

I once watched Yeh Rishta.. And the ML had the habit of throwing the FL out of the house for every small argument. Then forgive forget romance. Fight throw LOL
