Mohini's mind gets clouded whenever she gets this chance of getting rid of Prerna. With Sona she got this easy way out to throw her out of the Anurag's life. So she just don't want to think about anything other than throwing Pre out of his life and Sona is her pawn in this and Sona hit jackpot with introducing herself as Anurag's savior and it's enough for Mohini.
