Pak. serials are superior than all Hindi soaps put together. The dialogues are amazing. In fact the dialogues in PA were very good too. Bas characters ko thappad marne ka man karta hai. Started watching Ashq and Dariya Dil but quit after a few episodes.

They are way ahead when it comes to making shows and even far.more superior In the production department right from direction to dialogues.

I can assure u when I told u to watch this even then and even today I never told u to watch this for its lead.....there love story is the weakest link in this story but everything else all the other characters, the backdrop , THE DIALOGUES and baki sab is M.A to the top...

And I loved the ending as well....pata nahi kyun even though I am sucker for happy endings...par I loved and related to this the most.

In that I agree. I did love the dialogues and the other characters. Pak serials don't often have monstrous villains and even if they do (yikes, Kafir) their monstrosity is punished in the end. Hindi serials seem to keep monsters alive and powerful to stretch a dead story. This is the most frustrating and demoralizing part of Indian serials. So much evil, such ugly characters as saas devrani jethani nanad, mausi bua bhabhi etc. Sickening. So misogynistic.
