Rashmi was only saving her 2/day weekly. she'll obviously share with her friends. All contestants do that each season. she wasn't taking any extra.

if paras was doing that for rationing he wouldn't slide it under the counter top n hide in mahira's clothes. even mahira seemed surprised n didn't like it as she knows it will be on camera.
