In ek hasina Thi, every side artist dressed up as Bengali in the first episode except Sakshi and Durga (but they are fashion icons who break the rules, note the sarcasm🥱)

I want to know how maya survive... I thought she died in season 1, and that bracelet must have belong to the dad, maybe him N maya had a thing. And since it's a revenge story probably he stole or used maya for personal gain to become this big time person and marry someone else after. It could be the reason why she quickly left when she saw Mj after saving rishi. But than her aim is mainly the older brother, which could mean he must have done something to her unintentionally or family because he doesn't recognize her or know who she is.

Om Krishnaye Namah:

TRANSLATION

As a person puts on new garments, giving up old ones, similarly, the soul accepts new material bodies, giving up the old and useless ones.

The episode starts with the Shloka from Bhagavad Geeta, where Maya talks about the soul taking a new body. The white flowy garment soaked in mud just like the floating lotuses that are attached with muddy, murky waters yet detached with dirt. I am an astute Lord Krishna devotee, and those who follow me on social media know my eternal reverence for him.

Atma or the soul is usually untouched, but the body imbibes malice. She shuns her purity and sinks into the mud, wears black clothes later. She changed her body; her soul does remain untarnished. Her eyes were symbolic of Devi Durga who brings an end to the SHAPE-SHIFTING DEMON Mahishasura.

Durga is a fortress and the evocative essence of power and energy. She has Durga's fearlessness and the Chhal of Lord Krishna- a perfect Maya who is an embodiment of Goddess Durga- The Goddess of Illusion.

The Colour Clothes of Rishi and Rudra are foiled with Maya too. Maya is black, and she has changed into a new body. Rishi is coloured, the youth and colour of his playful exuberance while Rudra is white-unidimensional with monotone and purity of heart.

The cake cutting scene was symbolic, too, concerning her relationships with these men.

She fitted a noose, a Mayajaal drowning him in her love, her illusionary ways. The other one is a piercing of the heart. Imprinting like the universe would want him to remember her as an all-consuming force in his life.

Interesting premise and looking forward to more. If you all noticed that Krishna Idol is dark too, such mysterious idols are a form of Keshto Dev. There's a fascinating story about Keshto Dev and Radha.

According to some legends, Radha was the symbolism of Shiva who was granted a boon by Kali. I will reserve my comments for this later. Will write more smiley14

What an amazing read my dear

Thanks for sharing

They have shown symbolical scenes/actions .... to give a glimpse of things to come ..
