Paras was running the captaincy today from behind the scenes. Shukla was like a puppet of Paras. Shukla followed Paras direction on who should do what duties.

Paras is playing good. Controlling Shukla, saving himself from WKV bashing, Paras is also speaker on WKV. Salman does ask questions to Paras letting him speak in support of Shukla.

Paras does act like jerk. But his game plan is working so far in his favor.

Past season Kishwer, Gauhar, Hina use to argue back and defend themselves front of Salman. All three were mocked and portrayed as villain on SM. After this past season experience contestants are smart on whose side to take to get away from WKV bashing. They know if you want to be in good books of Salman then just suck up to Shukla. Today Shukla was rude to Asim calling him to discuss the duties. More than Asim, Himanshi was scared and pushing Asim to go and talk to Shukla.

Except Arti all are pretending to be in good books of Shukla.

It is sad how makers have spoiled the season to please one contestant.

Just Himanshi’s pleading Asim to go is evidence enough how sad state of affairs is though I agree that the contestants themselves are not formidable opponents but I guess they have studied previous seasons well, never know it may be a silent strategy to make Colors realize they will not be targeted every weekend?

Yeah, during the court room task, Rashmi had spoken directly into the camera - "itni partiality karni hain to main bhi kuch nahi karungi ab show ke liye".

Everyone thinks Paras is controlling, but they don’t realise that many want the captain to be on their side for house chores and to save them for nominations and for Shukla he doesn’t like to work and even if they all check only for Rashmi he didn’t give choice where as everyone has difficult work and Sid didn’t want Rashmi for lunch or dinner or rather not to make rotis as she cries and put her for breakfast

But Sid wouldn’t listen to these people for saving or nomination and he will save/nominate as per his choice

Dont worry peeps. Fights will come again. Shukla would be asked to nominate people for jail. Next nomination shukla wld be given power to nominate and save the whole bunch. So that ppl who are left out fight again de Dana dhan😆.

And they wld keep Himanshi for few more weeks as it will be give fodder to sid vs asim rivalry once again

Lets not forget Tanna, Kushal, Gauhar, Kishwer all used to be bashed much worse. This season is nothing compared to S7, S8, S9 but these contestants gave a good fight. They never lost their vision to play against biasedness. Even if it meant being bashed every weekend.

Tanna used to even get bashed for her makeup. 😆

This season the contestants are flawed and dont have that fighting spirit. Like previous contestants.

Overall BB show has been biased since S7 and nothing has changed at all.

I agree, every season one is favoured and one is targeted, but this season no one wants to fight and Rashmi is poor choice, specially when she was picked for rivalry. The Girl who knew it was a lip kiss during promo shoot, starts giving explanation to Paras about it and says she thought it would be on the cheek, you can do nothing about her and these contestants were bashed very minimal compared to previous seasons, if these are called bashing or support then previous seasons bashing’s and support terms need to be changed! These people gave up in less than 4 weeks! I think BB realised that Asim was riled up so they made Sid Dulha so they can have new rivalry angle, but again even he couldn’t manage it for a week! So is it Salman’s fault or BB’s???

And I agreed in part, in my previous post - that there’s a bunch of phattus there this season who choose to set aside their self-respect in order to avoid bashing and humiliation on the weekends. They shouldn’t have to make that choice though is my point. And I disagree that these weekends are not as bad as previous seasons - different but not any less - I don’t recall a previous season where women were told to stay out of a man’s path or even worse - a time when Sallu was a desperate apologist for aggression, and stooped to justifying repeated violence. They at least made a pretense of bashing it.

And this season - it’s not just Sallu - it’s BB during the week - tasks, captaincies - it’s all manipulated around one contestant. That rigs the game and makes it pretty much unplayable. So no - I don’t think it’s simply down to people not being strong enough to withstand the bias and still oppose. As for “strong” contenders - like I said earlier, BB + Sallu mehrbaan toh ghadha bhi pehlwan = BB13 IMO.

@Bold - Personally, I'd love for the show to have an even playing field too, par makers ke liye to ye business ka sawal hai na. Whether we like it or not, a major section of the audience wants a Bollywoodesque script. Jahan ek hero/heroine saari msuhkilon se lad ke aage badhe.

Makers ko jahan se content ki ummed hogi/jahan zyada investment ki hogi/jiski zyada fan following hogi usko favour karenge hi karenge. They need someone to rise as the hero of the house. Then they'll create an entire arc for that hero. They can be shown as an isolated loner, targeted masoom or an amazing gamer who is much smarter than everyone else.

Ab depend mainly baaki logon pe hi karta hai ki vo iss bias se kaise deal karte hain. Inn logon me se koi ek bhi strong player hota to ye HSSH vaali naubat aati hi nai. Contestants ko jaane se pehle hi mentally prepared hona chahiye ki narrative hmare against biased bhi ho sakta hai.

Par khair baithe baithe bolne me mera kya jaa rha hai. Jhel to vo log hi rhe hain sab, mushkilein unn logon ko hi samajh aa rahi hongi.😆

This latest task was such BS! They said college students and still some of them brought out fake baby voices (which is a big big big pet peeve for me) and tried to pass it off as entertaining. Paras in particular was unbearable. And I didn't even watch yesterday, am talking based on the prev day wala episode.

I guess the season will always be more entertaining for people who have a favorite or a soft spot of atleast one contestant. Last season also I didn't have a fave, like loathed Sree but despite it being such a draggy, useless season I kinda followed cause I was invested (even if it was just to be a hater)

This season it's not just 1 contestant I dislike. It's almost all of them. So more energy and more time gets wasted. And objectively I know they're not worth it. But.... Am basically Aarti. BB is basically Shukla. Samajh Jao. 😵
