The subject here is someone is ill and IMO all can say is, a little compassion is all thats needed from XYZ. But even then i can see Shehnaaz, Sid and others being name called for being insensitive. This is not required at all. But then they will be bashed because of the hate and dislike. POV and bashing is not the same

When a contestant is ill people should be in support of trying to help that person ...even if it means spread the word to BB and show that you need to send her home to her family, not hate on the other contestants and bash them.

Here all i can see is tit for tat going on and the person who is actually ill is being left in the BG. 🤔

Regarding panic attacks : Panic attacks are an acute episode of anxiety. Not related to depression. That's a different disorder. Triggers or situations may cause a person to hyperventilate and breathe too fast making them believe that they're not getting enough air. There's a crushing feeling in the chest sometimes associated with an impending sense of doom. Also, in rare cases muscle spasms.

Tip : Rebreathing in a bag helps. Do not crowd the person. Leave sufficient space and don't let your panic add to the person's.

Behavioral therapy is the treatment of choice in such cases. If that doesn't help, they add on drugs.

I think Sid knows ki aarti is crazily in love with him . So sid is jaanbhoozke making a distance and staying aloof so its easy for aarti to conc on her game . As much as I dislike Shukla and my opinion on him will remain the same unless koi karishma ho jaye. Speaking purely on the context though, I have seen far too many guys to have taken this approach. Somehow, it seems like a common approach men take (not meaning to generalize) when they're aware of someone's love for them and they can't/don't want to reciprocate, their first instinct is to become *beep* of the highest order. They find it difficult to be upfront, straight and blatantly clear and would rather be like, 'main kuch aisa karunga ke isse mujhse nafrat ho jaye', or 'I'll keep ignoring, shunning and ridiculing her till she hates me or forgets about me', 'I'll hook her up with someone else'.
