Actually Rishab is the first one to apologize for other's mistake in that whole Luthra family. So that's why we expect his apology. Not that he is guilty 😬 and I remember him conveying his apology for karan's mistake.
I think the entire family should apologise for Karan's abominable behaviour. They are all responsible being the elder ones in the family.
