It's because she's going to change her strategy and try to be friends with Sana and through her Sid as it's proven to be beneficial both in terms of the host and the public to be friends with those 2.

Look at how the host treated Paras with so much importance and he also trended on twitter for the first time on the show. Both these things happened as soon as he joined Sid's group. That can't be a coincidence.
