But I don't think the name Bajaj is the problem. I mean if I see some backhanded comment about him,I will not hesitate to reply. I should be and I think I am allowed to. And I don't think if you refer to him its a problem. Everything should be fact based or a clear defence.

I do get where the Mods are coming from though. After Bajaj's exit the kind of topics that opened up.. its better that way for the mental peace of the Mods to not allow every Tom,dick and Harry to open his topics.

I have seen a few of your heated up conversations and I know you are Pro here, know a lot more than I do and kudos to you for taking a stand.

I personally avoid getting into such encounters, sply where there is no control over language.

You are right that Bajaj is not the problem here but he is just a medium/source/excuse to vent out the frustration that always existed deep with in before, during and even after his track. There could be several reasons known or unknown to us but he became more like a vent, a window to take that frustration out of the system which soon resulted in mayhem I guess. I can understand rules came to keep things under control and I compltely understand and feel bad for mods who have to pitch in every now and then to bring back the sanity.

My disappointment is with the fact that all of us here are decently educated yet reached a stage where we need to be bounded by rules why.. to act in a civilised manner.. isnt it just the basic.. this is disheartning..

So yeah Bajaj is not the problem.. its us.
