But that is the thing, the legal notice sent by (Sherlyn) has inadvertently made this marriage which was essentially voidable up until that point completely 'legal'. Marriage without registration requires 'acknowledgement' more than anything else, hence that legal notice is going to play as a double edged sword to Prithvi Sherlyn essentially. (If the makers decide to show that)

Sometimes I like prithvi for his comical stupidity as much as hate him. Seriously I always crack up whenever I hear his names for sherlyn and rishabh especially. Like, panchayati businessman and murkhon ki maharani are hilarious names.

That notice itself is illegal man. Notices require a signature of the sender. Preeta didn't even know! It's fraud. 😆 But they won't show that I guess. The main point of the notice was to create a messy situation so that Kareena decides to force the marriage card and that's succeeded.

Of course it is a fraud but at the end of the day, it is an official acknowledgement of the actual 'marriage' in a legal document. And it is enough as evidence, now the question of fraud is not a matter that is important in this regard.
