not general public, but there was some chutiya lawyer who filed some case because he felt uncomfortable while watching Dhoom 2 with his kids.

Cheap/Acceptable are personal perceptions. They can also change and evolve with time.

What may be cheap to one person may be ok with another. What a person finds cheap today may seem acceptable to the same person down the road.

1. Hot damn, Ash is a beautiful woman. Beautiful and sexy in this song. Hard combo to crack.

2. Didn't realize there was a furore over her peck with HR in Dhoom? A few nutcases filing legal notices isn't the same thing as a public outcry, if that was what she was trying to suggest in that interview.

3. That was one steamy song. It's a bit odd to refuse to kiss, when frankly a peck on the lips is far more innocuous than a bed scene were a man is caressing your body. But what do I know?

Yeah, she was offered the role of Briseis, which was a side role. She wouldn't have taken it anyway regardless of nudity or not.

Ash was offered Helen's role, she herself talked about it on the David Frost show.
