To be honest, I don't know. Only they know what happened between them.

But Yash Chopra was very persuasive. I'm sure he had long discussions with Amitabh Bachchan in his farmhouse over many months. They KNEW it was a "casting coup" to get AB-Rekha-Jaya together in one film - that too a love triangle. Rekha has always been melancholic and mellow-dramatic - it's an easy yes for her. You can tell even in the last 15 years she's been yearning to work with him. She could've done Baghban/Veer-Zaara if it wasn't for the soured relations.

arre bohut kuch hua. also he talked about a businessman affair and divorce. then got in jail and beaten up or something like that.now struggling with many cases against him. he poll kholled many politicians and businessman juicy affairs
