It is crystal clear that they don't have a game plan. The newcomers are smarter than them. Even getting out did not push some sense in their brains.

I’m actually tired of the tag bahu, in real life a daughter in laws position is a great challenge and sacrifice, to keep a family togather and moving forward, especially in arranged marriages. I don’t know why people, demean this role.
