Yeah, I don't like how Mini was just trying to renounce of Arya's responsibility like someone else take care of her. Umm Mini is the only one Arya has now. Pinku-Saroj selfish people will not take care of Arya. You can't really expect dadu-beeji to take care of Arya as she's not really related to them. NB is also old, though she would have taken care of Arya. So, Mini is all Arya has to call her own 🤔

Also, would anyone want Saroj to take care of her... And turn her into a Babita pre divorce... And oldies are in fact too old.

But it's weird that there was zero mention of Arya in the will. Or did the lawyer not finish speaking because Minnie kept interrupting saying I don't want anything? Cuz I really don't see how Hanita wouldn't leave anything for Arya. I know their death was sudden, but still. Kuch toh kiya hoga uske liye. Jab Minnie ke liye kar hi re the tab saath saath Arya ke liye bhi kar lete.

Is it even possible in India to leave everything to just one child and exclude the other? No compulsory share given to siblings? (I don't know the correct English term for this)🤔😕😕

I guess?? I'm pretty sure they used to do that in the past in the case of boys vs girls. Also, isn't this why there are so many disputes between siblings over properties? Ek ko sab kuch ya zyaada mil gaya while the other got nada?

Bahut kuch hi bola na. Sab kuch nahi bola. I feel currently they are giving more importance to babes angle more than HS.

If its self-earned money they can give as they please. Only ancestral properties have to be divided equally.

Nah, a compulsory share here is just a fraction of the regular inheritance, so if a parent denies the regular share there is still something to fight for. As for the past I know there has been a difference esp. Btw boys and girls but this time it's both daughters... But maybe Minnie wouldn't inherit anything from HS's side cause she wasn't adopted... Anyways it doesn't make much difference for the story or its realism anymore, I was just wondering for my general understanding 😅

Pinku / Saroj will never take Arya in and if they do, they'll never treat her as her own. Naeem Bi, Dadu Beeji are all old as you said. Plus, how are they going to raise her? Are the Khuranas still working? What's Naeem Bi doing these days? What's her source of income, if any? And what if one of them dies? I don't want Arya to be surrounded by death at the young of five. Losing her parents is bad enough but ek ek kar ke sab ko marna, it's not done.

And what was Minnie planning to do? Send money over like Ashok? I completely understand that raising a kid, that too a five year old is an extremely difficult job. But as her only blood relative left, kuch toh karna parega na?

I don't even want Arya to be raised by Saroj/Pinku. Yup NB looked old too. Dadu-Beeji se mujhe ummed nahi hai. Bas Arya-Mini ko side mein se support kare utna hi kaafi hai.

Very cleverly writers are making a point that only Mini can take Arya’s responsibility lol. Waise, Hanita must have thought of Arya’s future and also with HS’s pension, I don’t think Mini really needs to take care of financial responsibility of Arya, but yeah she needs to be there for Arya emotionally. I guess Mini will stay back after all Arya is her only connection to Babes.

They are heavily focusing on Mini-Arya’s connection because they share the same mother. I am actually really surprised to see so much importance given to Babita this season tbh, even though ek bhi scene nahi hai... she’s looming around largely 😂

There might also be the legality to leaving stuff to a 5 year old and how at the time of writing the will they’d have considered the older sibling rather than the younger sibling, knowing that mini is the type of person that won’t rob the younger sibling of her entitlement once she comes off age (having been robbed of her entitlement herself whilst younger)

Yes, probably you are right... Hopefully she then really acts her age. She can help Arya learn to fly... A helicopter 🤣
