yes I have seen that atleast he tried to answer in a polite way....I think even HS initially did answer to fans politely in the early days but then when the writing started getting bad and fans called out on that she stopped engaging with fans on SM.... I'm not sure how catlady was in early days as i was not on twitter,but later when i was on twitter for sometime, she blocked me as i posted "rofl" emoji as a reply to a comment made from her fan describing " how her writing was layered and deep " 😂...Thats the reason i started calling her layered failed writer from then😆..She blocked many ppl..And her one famous I.V about Shivika/IB was w*f est ..And the way she used to indirectly mock fans like Dil dance maare ..she is one childish woman..🙄..

Yes the slot being early one and then the medical back drop didn't work out...also the character sketches were not interesting and the initial promo was so bland....SidPM and writers really didn't have much story base even with those uninteresting characters...they used the trp formula....leads with opposing idealogies + clash with romance and then they thought they can keep adding medical cases in between..other than that I am pretty sure they haven't had a detailed plan for the show....most of SC fans are watching the show for her bcoz they feel its their duty to support her.......if not for SC I am sure none of them would have watched the show and I am sure they would have criticized the show for its half baked medical content and making a joke of medicine field in the name of drama.....@bold Imagine a patient going to OP and his Doc revealing the diagnosis to the patient as some malignancy/Cancer with melodramatic expressions on his face and crying with full of tears 😂..Imagine How the Patient would feel 
...Trp aunties are not fools ,even they know how Docs behave in the working place and how they are professional ,not as an emotional and overdramatic while treating the patients in the working place unlike they had shown in Sanjivani 😂..so even they did find it lame,OTT and rejected the shit 😆..
Moreever whatever caps i had come across in the initial episodes, CVs were more interested in showing half baked bickering between Docs, ripping of shirts, roaming shirtless in corridors rather than focussing more on cases even in initial episodes..so it didnt even looked like a medical show in any angle...and also it didnt look like a regular saas-bahu either..so who would watch it other than obsessed fans of the actors 😂
most of the writers of ITV are writing non sense only....neither they stick to character nor a track....things change overnight with high trpish drama....same tracks being rinsed and repeated between all couples....clash+love+drama+marriage+separation+3rd angle+divorce+kids and so on....
