The passing on of the locket was the final nail in the coffin. Imarti gave it to HS just before she died and now HS has done it before he passes as well. I know for a fact that when Minnie was looking around the Haveli one last time, HS flashed back to Imarti. She did the exact same before she left. Even though it would have been for her betterment, she did it unwillingly and with a heavy heart. It's the same with Minnie. She knows this is better for her and she is leaving with a heavy heart, but part of her didn't want to go. A part of her wanted to be with her Babes and Hanuman Uncle.

Sorry but the locket scene brought me to tears, which is surprising since I thought I was done with them all.

Not even one decent farewell? HS kept egging Babita on to say something. He couldn't but at least she as the MOTHER should have!

The passing on of the locket was indeed the final nail in the coffin, especially since he sent it with Lala. I also feel he had a deja vu of Imarti's last look around the haveli. We know he will never see her again because of the news but here he himself seemed to feel that it was the last time he'd see her.

That broke my heart Gur. In a way, HS tried until the last moment to get them to part on good terms, again he was the mediator. Which is why I get him trying to convince Babita until the last minute standing by her side. He also knows she's going to crumble but a part of him today was evidently railing on the inside at the injustice of it all that he had to lose his daughter because of Babita, that too in such a way.

I get it, dear. When he gave her that locket, he gave her everything. His heart, soul, his Imarti's essence, and all his blessings. That's what a father does. He is all alone but his heart rejoices in knowing he saved his little girl, he gave her wings and let her soar in the sky.

A father takes on all the pains just for that smile in their child's eyes and he did that. He had said that he would die for her, and today he did, through this sacrifice. I think he finally understood that if he stopped her she would but that could ruin her life.

Initially, I was just mad mad mad that he didn't say anything overly emotional or expressive to her but I think in that moment he was behaving like a typical father, sentimental but stoic the whole time, trying to keep things together no matter how much it hurts. It reminded me of that scene where he remembered his mother telling him that men don't cry and he wiped his tears. All that social conditioning came right back. The amount of symbolism in today's episode was off the charts.

There's probably going to be some moment in S2 where she finds out what HS had in his heart about wanting to be her father and never letting her go and what the significance of the locket is.

I think she will understand when she's older and will hear about him from NB and all the other supporting characters who remained. Can't believe K and K farewelled her but HS and Babita didn't get to say anything to her.

It's beyond cruel, it's evil. He was better off after Imarti's death. Now he can't even drown his sorrows in alcohol. Life showed him a tantalizing picture of a second chance, he went for it and lost everything.

What the hell man? Not one hug between Mini-Babes, Mini-HS, and the trio. What the EFFFF! This is breaking my heart. Writers are such sadistic people. Why couldn’t they have shown Babita and HS run upto Mini and hug her? This is how HS-Babita’s character end? 😭😭

Everyone gets a proper goodbye but Babita doesn’t. And even HS doesn't at the end. Well at least he gave the locket to Mini. Freaking Kammo/Khatri got to say their goodbye. Why this cruelty towards HS and Babita? Kya bigada hai inn characters ne KK ka?
