They brought Upen back for Tanna, brought Kushal for Gauhar, did weddings of Sara & Mona Lisa, even Diandra and Yuvika returned for Gautam & Prince.

So yes obviously if he agrees to romantic angle, and Rashmi says yes, BB will happily send him in.

If he comes back I think his entry would be like Upen in season 8. He won't come as a con but just for few days to add spice to the show like Upen did.
