Pretty sure she wanted to get the wedding done without any further drama. May also have been fearful of losing Rohit if things are delayed any further.

Million dollar question. I am also trying to find the logic here.Maybe sona had to quickly replCe raima so questions did not arise. Trp ke liye star plus show ki waat laga raha hai. I am sure the writers were forced to change the writing by the channel.
