Exactly that's what has been discussed at length yday and even I believe if there is someone who can shut her mouth in such a situation is either Moloy or Anurag. Anurag wasn't there so only option left is Moloy. So instead of slapping her he could have clearly expressed her anger and disgust with his words.... similar to what he has been doing so far.
But I wonder why the writers are showing slaps so frequently
Her anger towards prerna in last track was justified bcoz she has wholeheartedly accepted prerna and was happy for her n anu's marriage..she believed that prerna loves anurag like moh loves anurag...and was welcoming her with all heart.. however prerna broke her trust, anu's trust, betrayed anurag n got married to Bajaj for reasons unknown to moh..so her anger and hatred was still justified..
Whereas now she just hates prerna out of jealously. She has no reason..she knows the extent of Anupre's love for eo..she knows that prerna was blackmailed to get into that Marriage that too for Anu's safety..she knows how happy anurag was to get married to prerna finally...she knows the reality of bajpre's relationship...Nivi had also once told moh that she heard Bajaj shouting at pre telling her that he married her for his daughter..and wen prerna has told them it's Anurag's child..none of them have any doubt about it even moh but she is being opportunist and is finding reasons to separate anupre n never let prerna become a part of his life..she is planning Sonalika's n Anurag's SR bcoz she thinks she might take advantage of Anurag's ML state and get him moved on from Pre atleast have a reason to never let him go back...wat kind of a mother is she..so far she was obsessed with her children's n never wanted them to go against her wish bland hence was trying to manipulate them..but she knows anurag can't go away frm prerna so she is stopping so low to separate them n in her hatred she pointed fingers at prerna's character even though she knows the reality..so in my opinion mol's anger was justified..he did mention that he has been noticing how insensitive moh is towards prerna since beginning..n if he tries to ignore the previous circumstances atleast now he expects frm her to support prerna wen she is carrying Anurag's child...n it's not bcoz of the child but bcoz of her n Anurag's relationship..
The characters in this show goes through a journey of their own sometimes wen they are right n sometimes wen they are wrong n ppl support accordingly...there isn't any blind trust for someone frm most of us who have been a part of their this journey since beginning....

One more thing pallu is that in the episode when Bajaj gave her the divorce papers they had shown Bajaj clarifying in front of everyone that his change of heart happened bcoz of AnuPre and their true love. So isn't it obvious that there wasn't any romantic relationship between prerish. So with this background in mind mohini still doubting the child's paternity is purely out of her unnecessary hatred for prerna.
Sorry Suta for bringing the references of previous episode here as I and pallu probably tried to put forward our views as to why we feel mohinis words in ydays episode were unjustified. With all the points mentioned by both of us her behaviour towards prerna pertaining to the paternity of the child is absolutely unjustified.

He could not do anything for Pre when she was thrown out as his Anu was at stake ... that was wrong .. now he wants to show Moh that keeping Pre away from Anu is not needed but she is unwilling to accept that .. he got frustrated with her .. n guilty for his own act of supporting Pre together made him vent out in that manner ..he is a very well behaved mild natured guy IMO ..

And yes u r Right Bajaj did mentioned that the reason for his change of heart was Anupre's love for eo... he did say prerna aaj bhi apne Dil se aatma se Anurag ki hi hai...
