Ghar mein sirf do hi log hai ki Shukla ko ek personal level par affect karte hai, ek hai Rashmi(bcoz of their outside history), whenever he fights with her, ek alag tangent par chala jaata hai aur dusra hai Asim. So, it would be interesting to see how Shukla will react if Rashmi and Asim play together.

Also, I strongly feel that only one person can dethrone Shukla from that No. 1 position and that is Asim. Paras and Vishal are smart players but they don't have that x-factor.

On the contrary, I do not see much in Asim except fighting spirit which is there in Shukla too. His view points were pretty bad in the beginning but they have gotten better now but nowhere close to the smartness we expect winners of BB to have. Public support is probably the only thing that might make him win imo, other than that, I find him pretty weak in terms of brains.
Also, I genuinely feel BB doesn't care much about J&K factor(Well, Mahira's from there too). If they wanted that tangent, they would have used it from the beginning. He's a metro city guy, for a narrative like that, you need someone who represents the place/community in true form. Like Bhau does or Manveer did in his season.
