Mr bhalla went smirking while her parent were just praising him for his noble work.

Both settle down and start waiting for Ishita while Mr bhalla went to toshiji.she was sitting keeping her phone beside her.she was dialing a number and was disconnecting before it ring.

After an hour,Ishita open her eyes feeling acute pain in her body .she tried to got up but couldn't so she called for nurse.nurse came and Ishita asked-mujhe itna dard kyun ho raha hai??

Mr bhalla has already instructed everyone not to tell Ishita about her chemotherapy so she said-kuch test mein hota hai.

Ishita-main thik hoon naa??

Nurse-i don't know,doctor will tell.

Ishita-aap please bula dijiye naa papa ji ko.she said to which nurse nodded and went while Ishita felt like throwing up .she got up with much effort and went to washroom.she throw up and hold the rim feeling black out.

Amma and appa came running and she kept her head on her father's chest.

Ishita-kya hua hai mujhe ,appa.i am feeling weird.bahut ajeeb lag raha hai .

They don't know what to answer ,so they just consoled her saying that she is all ok but she was waiting for Mr bhalla.

After sometime he too came and told her that she is fine just has some deficiency and for that she has to come to hospital every alternate day.

Ishita made a face and said-kitni baar hospital aana padega,I don't like the smell.

Mr bhalla-dont worry ,bahut baar nahi aana padega .I will sort out everything at the earliest possible.tum ghar jao aur aaram karo.ho sake toh chutti le lo ,ek hafte ki.after all Shaadi ki preparations bhi toh karni hai.he said making Ishita blush .

Ishita nodded and said -jaisa aap kahiye,papa ji.

Mr bhalla-maine kuch paise daale hai tumhare account mein.tum mana mat karna.ab mere aur tumhari mummy ji ke paas toh time nahi .tum please shopping Kar lena apna liya.anything and everything u want .I want my Ishita puttar to be happy in everyway.he said smiling making her parent think how good Mr bhalla is.

Ishita nodded and Amma took her out when appa said-it wasn't needed.

Mr bhalla-it was needed,woh busy rahegi toh Kam pareshan hogi warna cancer ke symptoms se bahut pareshan ho jayegi.aap log bhi usse puri tarah khush rakhiyega.it will help her to overcome the pain she is going through.

Mr bhalla-no need to thank,I am doing everything for my son only aur waise bhi ab Ishita bhi toh Meri beti hai .he said and appa went promising him to bring Ishita day after tomorrow.

On the other hand,Raman was busy in his medical camp but he was very restless ,like he can feel something is wrong with ishita.he tried to call her but his phone don't have reception.

Slowly days start passing,first day Ishita had severe pain in her body and she was vomiting .from next day ,her hair start falling.

She wasn't ready to go for next chemo but her parent took her after much convincing .she was literally crying but they were helpless.mr bhalla did his job and seeing her condition he was very happy that very soon he will die .toshiji was feeling guilty seeing her condition but Mr bhalla told her to keep silent.

Raman called his parent asking about Ishita .he even called Ishita also,they talked for long but she didn't told him anything about her illness thinking he will be worried.

They talk for long and finally hung the call.

Raman wiped his sweat and said-woh thik hai,phir mujhe itni bechaini kyun ho rahi hai.kyun aisa lag raha hai ki woh dur ho rahi hai mujhse.sab thik hai naa.thinking so he called her again and said-jaan ek kaam karogi .video call karta hoon,mujhse apni shakal dikha do.i am dying to see u.

Ishita got startled hearing him ,as she was looking worn out after continuous pain and also has lost few kgs.

Ishita-raman mujhe aise dekh kar ghabra jayenge.main unhe apni shakal nahi dikhaungi .papa ji be kaha hai yeh sab deficiency ke kaaran hai and I will be fine very soon.kyun unhe pareshan karun.thinking so she said-i am very tired ,Raman .kisi aur din video call par baat karungi .

Raman-but jaan, I want to,he was saying when she said -bye Raman and hung the call.

After disconnecting the call,she stand infront of the mirror and said looking at herself-kya ho raha hai mujhe,main kaisi lag rahi hoon.chehra murjha gaya hai.baal tut rahe hai,itna dard hota hai. Kya ho gaya hai mujhe,murugan please mujhe thik kar dijiye .Raman mujhe aise dekhenge toh pareshan ho jaayenge.she said crying hiding her face in her palm while her parent were just looking at her helplessly.

Amma cried hugging appa and said-kya ho raha hai hamari ishu ke saath.kab khatam hoga yeh sab.

Appa-everything will be fine soon.maine baat ki hai Mr bhalla se,he said she is recovering fast.

Amma-toh phir yeh sab??

Appa-these all are general symptoms.maine Google bhi Kiya hai.yeh sab hota hai cancer mein.we have to be patient.he said consoling Amma.

Sorry,we couldn't save ur Ishita,doctor said and Raman cried screaming her name.

He got up at once and look around .he wiped his sweat and said-yeh kaisa sapna tha,Meri Ishita thik hai naa .I have to go to her,now I can't wait .mujhe jaana hoga Ishita ke paas.jab tak usse apni aankhon se nahi dekh lunga,mujhe chain nahi milega.i have to go,Kya karun senior doctor ko report karke jaun.but woh papa ko bata denge aur phir papa mujhe aane se rok denge.but I can't wait,I have to see her.chalta hoon,joh hoga dekha jaayega.at this point my priority is Ishita only.he thought and got up .he packed his bag,left a note for his senior and went out to reach Ishita asap.

Toshiji was shocked hearing mr.bhalla she asked him not to do all this he said he dont want ishita in ramans life even she also wanted ishita to die toshiji said yes she wanted but not like this she dont want him to become criminal mr.bhalla said all plan is set he asked toshiji to do what he is saying he sent her out mr.bhalla told amma and appa ishita will start having pain once she will come into senses her hair will start falling soon this all are due to chemothrapy poor ishita she actually start having pain she felt like vomiting ishitas health getting worst raman was feeling something is not right with ishita he asked her to video call him she made excuse and cut the call ishitas pov was sad i want to kill mr.bhalla raman saw very bad dream he decided to go and see ishita without informing anyone
