Anurag sharing the thornbird story with Prerna and Prerna getting flashbacks of herself telling him the story was very well shot, in my opinion.

As Anurag said woh marte hain par pyar ke liye and Prerna gets flashes from Swiss track, her walking away from Anurag on the bridge and near Rhine falls. I really liked it because it just shows (to me) that she did die during that time but for Anurag’s sake, her love ❤️

Very first jail sequence is when AnuPre helped their friends to elope, and the girl's family got them arrested along with SidAnjali, and finally Naveen Babu (before his Epic Sajan Ji Ghar Aye sequence) along with Mr. Chaubey (jinhe uss time unke would be [ex] jamai ko apni bari beti ke SAUTAN ke saath bara accha laga tha, he even complimented their jodi) took them out.

I don't think Anu's anger was out of place. He was frustrated about not being able to recollect anything and on top of that he feels a strange inexplicable pull towards Pre. He is not getting the answers he wanted from her.Thoda gussa toh banta hai. He did apologize to her for his odd behavior.He specifically told her something on the lines of 'inn 2 salon mein jo hua usko yaad karne ke chakkar mein meine tumse rudely baat ki". That makes it clear that the makers intended it to be that way only.
