There's no way he can be saying all this for the bet. Despite the bet, he's never actually pretended or faked anything in front of Prachi. Irritation, anger, care, protectiveness, admiration, jealousy... whatever he's shown for her, it's always been totally genuine. So there's no way at all that he could be faking something this big because of the bet.

But yes, that IS probably what he's gonna tell himself and Rhea - that he did all this for the bet. But in reality, it will all be genuine. Honestly, right now I'm just happy that he will take such a solid stand for her (such a rarity in ITV males!)... he can go right back to his denial mode afterwards and say whatever he wants to, I'll let it pass this time 😛

If he could take a stand like that in front of everyone, I hope he emphasises to Rhea that (apart from her) he actually does have some standards. And humiliating a person like that is not part of it.

I think balaji are trying to experiment and do things differently with pranbir. They're not going for the usual tropes thankfully.

The screen space for one should have been more. And whatever dialogues they gave him should've been elongated. Instead, he said one to two meaningful things and then took it back or steered the convo to another direction. I would've appreciated it more if they had carried on with it a bit longer.

I hope Vikram noticed the PranBir couple in the making standing in front of him!❤️😆it's pretty obvious he's going to ship them.

Yes it was only when he shut down aliya firmly when the scene appeared more impactful, because shutting down randomers is easy, but when it's your own family/ relative/ close one you reprimand, it appears far more legitimate and I took ranbir's stand for prachi more seriously the moment he showed the guts to quieten aliya and not just a bunch of random guests who are easier to shut up.

When he said that, I took it to mean that her tears were weakening him, hence when he wanted her to wipe it to give him some sort of relief.
