I imagine they'd try not to make them look that much older than the current new gen given how current new gen already look too old to be old gen's children. I feel they'd probs not care too much about the physical age of the actors they cast as sunny and kiara.

I don't think they care about physical age of the actors when they cast Sunny and Kiara. Even parents and children's age are not that much apart in real life. Who do you think they will cast?

Yeah there was this one scene where Aliya and Purab met in the office and they were arguing until Aryan came. Then Aliya left after confirming that they will have dinner together. When Aliya left Purab was reminiscing of Disha when he was called back by Aryan who said that actually hanging with mom is not so bad.

I think Aliya is not that bad as a person. She also seems to be caring to the people she cares about. It's just with Purab both have bitterness that is unshakable; then there is also the fact that Purab is not happy nor ever tried to be happy with her because he sees her as his happiness destroyer.

Ooh they could actually maybe cast abhishek verma from yeh hai mohabbatein as sunny if they wanted.

Plus abhishek is balaji actor too so ekta would be smart to cast him.
