You know there are relationships, and our adoration for them is not conditional. We are not always wishing for them to be involved "romantically". We can adore and love two people together, just on the basis of the bond those two people share with each other. It's sad when I see people here and there, not rising above the age-old orthodox norms of a girl and a boy can never be "friends". Anyway, none can change the thinking of the people, except they themselves. The happiness to see some of the people I met here and their thoughts.... So logical, prejudice-free and broad-minded is much more than that pinch of sadness. 🤗

Parth and Erica are two amazing people, respectively. Majority of us love them for how genuine they are.... How "human" they are and that's the reason enough for us to feel protective of them. I am proud of these two! ❤

I am mother to a teenager and having a generation gap of almost 20+ years, it would have been very tough for me if i had tried to endorse my orthodoxical mind on to my son. I remember, when he was around 6 or 7, when we decided to go for a europe trip, i went to purchase some jeans for myself. My son didn't like it and was behind me saying i should wear only chudis or sarees. Then, i sat & made him understand the practical difficulties in it. That time i secretly got happy that he too was having an orthodoxical mind. But, 2days back when i was discussing with him about one of our friend's daughter's case on how after fixing the marriage date which was to happen next month, both the boy & girl called it off saying that they were not compatible, you know what he replied? That it is good that they realised it now and not after marriage. And when i pointed out how painful & insulting it would be for the parents, his reply was that is what makes their decision more practical - that they didn't think of continuing in the relation for the sake of their parents. Hearing it, my orthodoxical mind got 💔 while at the same time i was happy that my little boy has grown up to have his own opinions & identity. And i should say, half of the credit should go to Eri, because of whom i happened to study more about the thought process of this generation and started accepting that boys & girls can indeed share a bond between them, without any romantic angle in it. Otw, i would have been the most panicked Momma bear, when i saw how my son was being the pet of some girls during his school days. Now, i sometimes use to pull his legs with their names, especially when he finds it difficult to pose for photos. 😆
