I don’t get how saying mean stuff to people on the internet is okay and isn’t as toxic as in real, or face to face. These shallow people have nothing better to do and they feel better by putting others down. And for celebrities it’s even worse because these people think that celebrities have such lit lives so it’s okay to say mean stuff about them ‘cause it doesn’t affect them but it does and that’s why so many celebrities fall into depression, we all have such tendencies and anything can be lethal in that moment of darkness. Just last month a korean pop artist commited suicide because of all the hate she was getting - maybe she was already depressed but it just got triggered. Being part of something as horrific as that - directly or indirectly... I wonder how these people manage to face themselves when the go offline after spreading all that shit-tons of toxicity! 🤔
In a long run, the one who gets more affected is who spreads the toxicity. The one for whom you are speaking shit might feel bad for few days ( if you are lucky enough that your shitty words aren't able to make the concerned person do any stupidity in a heat of a depressing moment!) And then eventually, that person will brush it off and move forward as he/she has a life, unlike some people. But those so called "Internet warriors/legends" who get sadistic pleasure by hurling abuses on real people, will have to bear the brunt. They get so use to of all this, that it starts affecting them on personal level by making their dirty darkness reflect on their faces. They get addicted to bullying people and such people are nothing but a dirt, a stinky dirt of our society.
