I have this feeling they would mess with kiara's characterisation like they have with rhea. I mean they might not butcher her like rhea, yet her character was really funny and super cheeky and cute before leap. I feel they would make her character less loveable just like how ruhi was more loveable when younger in yhm then became super boring and short-tempered when she grew up. Whenever they make the child characters grow up, they make the grown up version without any sense of humour and too serious compared to their younger version.

Understandable that she would lose some of her cheekiness tho with what’s gone on and being away from her family. I loved kiara, it’s what drew me to the show. She was a much better actress than the current twins imo. So sassy lol. Why do serials rarely tackle social issues!

Honestly I would find it silly if they did show rhea even thinking that prachi was chosen over her by pragya consciously. Literally they were both babies when they were both separated and only a few days old. At that age you can't pick and choose a favourite between two equally bald, toothless babies who haven't developed a personality yet, yet balaji are silly enough to still show rhea have the perception that one child was consciously chosen by each parent over the other.

agreed but we seen a bit of the resentment she feels for having been abandoned. Whichever child was left behind by the mother was going to grow up with a sense of abandonment. There would be similar feelings about the dad not being around, but I think it affects the psyche much more when the parent in question is the mother. Just like kids blame themselves for divorce very often (even tho it makes no sense) so too can one (in this case the) feel not good enough. And this would perhaps feed the Hate she already has towards prachi. I do see moments where it seems like her character is redeemable but I only see this when she interacts with pragya. She’s not a lost case like that psycho priyanka 😆

Balaji and serious storylines? There's a fat chance we'll see pigs fly before that happens. This is a production house that uses rape as a plot device without showing any real justice or resolution at the end of the track and all the rape tracks are simply just used to shame women.

From what I hear from ppl on the forum they don’t have that good of a reputation. It’s a shame really when they’ve got the following that they do, and have the ability to influence in a positive way. Even more shocking that it’s a woman behind these shows and she’s only too happy with showing women in an often negative light

I don't really agree with her being a better actor than the current twins, at least not mughda. I agree her character was defo more fun but they usually do that with children.

I don't even see rhea as irredeemable unless she acknowledged all the wrong she has done against prachi.

Yes specifically with her older k serials. She was very thoughtless in how she presented rape in her older shows. it was all about drama factor and no real justice was given or message to any characters in the track. Maybe only in kahani ghar ghar ki it was perhaps presented ok by her, but in other of her shows like kyunki saas... it was awful.

No! Neither abhigya know who their respective other daughter is that has been raised away from them and neither the twins know who their twin is. In fact I'm doubtful rhea even knows she has a twin. Wonder what her reaction would even be to that. Honestly the show really fails to touch upon such key facts

Hey can I ask you another question please. Does Prachi know that she has a twin, even though she doesn't know that her twin is Rhea; and that her twin stays with her father? Also, does she know that Abhi is her father?

From what I understand neither of girls are aware they have a twin, nor are they aware of the the other sister (kiara). Hell, somehow, prachi doesn’t even seem to know her dads name

She doesn't know abhi is her father, but I seriously have no idea whether she knows she has a twin, unless I am mistaken pragya in one of the earlier episodes said to prachi that she has another sister who she left with her father as after her parents decided to separate neither she or her father could live without their daughters so both decided to keep one daughter each, so maybe she does know she has a twin and she knows she had an older sister anyway at least as she once made cupcake for abhi and told him it used to be her older sister's fave. Honestly this show makes nothing clear enough but I can assume prachi knows she has a twin who lives with her father.

However, isn't Prachi the elder one of the twins? So, when she was talking about the cupcake being favourite dish of her older sister, was she referring to Kiara or her twin?
