Yeah prachi and ranbir aren't completely like them thankfully. Prachi is super strong-headed and ranbir hasn't come across a girl like her before. She's too much for him to handle. 😆

I actually don't mind PranBir remaining like this for longer and slowly/unconsciously growing close and falling for each other. But my ears hurt hearing Prachi's non stop repeated dialogues.

She even killed the moment he said he'll kiss her *bangs head on desk*

I guess it's only going to move along when ranbir does something that improves his image in prachi's eyes, and that is long-off. Unfortunately balaji take a long time in building up couples.

The earlier reports said that it would be two twin boys, and even some actors' names were thrown about until it was confirmed to be two girls. Honestly, balaji are incapable of doing new things. They could have easily made it two twin boys, and also a love triangle between the two brothers with vikram's daughter (not the daughter they showed earlier but they could have hired an actress to play vikram's daughter to be opposite both boys if the twins were boys). Balaji as usual thought it would be more dramatic if it was two girls, but I think it would have been awesome and even more different for it to be two twin boys.

Just to slowly build-up towards pranbir's relationship they intentionally show prachi willing to talk to every boy except ranbir.

His possessiveness are part of his developing feelings for her. Plus they are in each other's face most of the time and have been through a lot together. That connection is there.

Yeah ranbir is only in the process of falling in love with prachi, but he is nowhere near to actually being in love with her.
