There is nothing offensive in that. I checked with many. It's very common to say this bechara gareeb sa maasoom etc etc.

Also, if they say things consciously it wont be considered reality show na? Like yeh camera pe kaise lagega etc. Jaise rashmi ne bhi giri hui aurat, namard etc shabd use kiye hi on camera without thinking how it will taken outside. Same with deboleena potty and chaku ghused dungi.. They are being real.
