They made a mockery and insult of RB

there are limitations when things accelerate so much in a short span of time. Him being pretty much happy is a strong indication as in how whatever has happened is justified. If you compare RB1 to RB2 you won't find any similarities which is why you are upset but Karan clearly said they just maintained the salt and pepper hair Nothing else.
