I'm still mighty impressed by his words in Episode 51. Usually men are given lines wherein they try to defend themselves or something like "Not all men...". But here, HS spoke the stark truth. All men have beasts inside them but good men know how to keep a leash on it by actively making the right choices.

Aahh! I can't wait till we get to this episode!

Let's not talk about trope feminism that ITV shows, be it from male lead or female lead. Mostly lip service that too often problematic and very sexist at times.

Oh boy. The reason I started watching PB was because this serial was mentioned into discussion on feminism. I watched few episodes and HS was hitting all notes perfectly. Such a rare thing to see on ITV. Too bad we didn't get to see much of that since wedding crap.

And he openly used the f word. The word feminism itself is so stigmatized that people actively dissociate themselves from the ideology even though their opinions are consistent with feminism.

Yep I started watching show from there only...Trio impressed me a lot and show ki writing was top notch in that track..

2 biggest pet peeves about male lead:

1) those who fall into "not all men" argument

2) he's otherwise good. Although he kidnaps and threatens to harm a little boy to save his reputation he's otherwise good. Although he blackmails boys sister into marrying him, he's otherwise good. Looking at you shivay Singh oberoi from ishqbaaz.

Hanuman Singh is a gem.

I personally would wanna do post divorce because of just how sad everything is lol... but I know there are some amazing scenes and dialogues in those, so I don’t mind.

We can start a poll if you guys like. Or we can just start from episode 1. 😃

We don't have to do a separate thread for every single episode for first 18 episodes. One thread for 2-3 episodes would do the job.
