You know, there's a law in India that minors can be a partner in a firm only for the benefits. That basically means ki profit hua toh minor partner ko share milega, but loss hua toh he isn't responsible.

Same situation with Minnie. Jab usko bacchi hoke benefit hoga tab bachhi, warna adult or "woman" 😆

He never contacted them from London properly. He came after so many years with a “Doll” for his 17 years old daughter.

He asks her to let go of the harassment case coz the culprit is his business partner’s son. Her character assassination do not matter to him. He makes her cry over giving consent letter for University admission. he went away to London without once talking to her.
