All said and done , this season is a blockbuster, every day 100 pages DT, this has not happened in a long time

The contestants are more competitive, energetic and willing to play. The attitude is right, the language and behaviour is crass nevertheless, this batch is great .

I think this season has been a complete eye opener for me in terms of perception based on first impressions. Like in S11, first look at Shilpa, whatever words she uttered, I was sure she'd be very nasty and she indeed was/is. But in this season, we or at least I couldn't judge the book rightly by its cover. Shukla and Paras especially ended up being total opposite of what I expected of them. Paras for all the game-play isn't even as shaatir as his image suggests. I really like how he doesn't keep grudges. Shukla said-mujhse itni chai nahi banegi, mai thodi si(apne bando ke liye) bana dunga. Paras had no qualms in making it for everyone. That won my heart. Even when he went to make up with Asim, he looked so mature.

Re the example you gave - exactly. Devo is a b***h for not wanting to cook for the other lot right? But have you seen any mention of what Shukla is by that parameter? Simply because he doesn’t have the balls to say it directly and does so ghuma phira ke - by saying mujhse itne logon ki chai nahi banegi? Who’s he kidding. And you won’t read any mention of it either because Shukla can do no wrong, and is an oh so nice guy. LMAO.

I’ve said for a while - Paras seems a good guy dil se and he demonstrates that in situations like the above.
