The problem isn't in the name, the problem is with Minnie's fcking attitude right now. She can't be dictating EVERY LITTLE THING in Babita's life. Shop was fine because she put in equal work, but surname is private. Minnie shouldn't be interfering in this AT ALL.

i think babita being careless about the shop has pushed her on a brink with the identity issue and shes reacting unnecessarily on this matter.

if mini has put equal work in the shop it had to be her decicion also. Babita made it all about her decicion. mini couldnt do anything with that so now she is reacting. that is what i get of it.

Today, she wasn't just rude to HS & Babita, but she slapped every woman on the face today. We ALL have a surname, whether it's our father's, or husband's. But that name isn't our ENTIRE IDENTITY. Names are given value by US. WE choose what value we want to impart on it. WE command the respect it should have.

Minnie can just fck off. And if she has THIS MUCH problem with a surname, then fcking remove Babita cuz last I checked, she had changed it to Minnie BABITA, not JUST Minnie.

A name is what YOU make of it. If he has bad connections with his dad, then he has good ones with his grandfather and his mother. Besides, the people around him aren't going to remember what his ancestors did. They're going to remember what HANUMAN SINGH has done whether it's through his police work or general community service. He has carved out an identity that's separate from his forefathers.

I don't think HS will ever part with his name. Firstly, it's one he has immense pride in due to his grandfather. Secondly, despite everything, he has it drilled in him that that was his father.

He wants to go back and stand up against him, but he doesn't want to (and can't) change the fact that that's his father. Yeh karna hota toh Imarti se seva nahi karvata.

Infact, I don't what him to. He goes to show that you aren't defined by the name given to you. You can make your own identity, choose your own path.

The three characters we're seeing nowadays aren't the ones I love and know. The way KK has gone about, they show one track for 2-3 days then everyone wakes up the next day fine and dandy. No closure. I have no hopes that they'll close any loops now.
