That's true from my experience with her shows. Bade acche lagte hai and yeh hai mohabbatein, both these shows had no lead material people in there and the audience didn't connect with them as much as the OG leads, also given the new gens story wasn't strongly written either, but that's not the case in this show.

No in kasauti, kyunki saas and kahanii etc these three shows had eventually given the new gen almost equal screen space to OG and were there to stay. They didn't vanish and go back to just OG having all screen space like these abhigya fans are dreaming. However it's all to do with potential. The writers and production house give more screen time to characters/ actors in new gen who they think have the most potential to have good screen presence and their character can offer a good character arc/ story. In ekta shows either the OG leads are given equal screen time to new gen like what is happening in KKB, or the new gen are simply sideys like in yeh hai mohabbatein.

Yeah yeh rishta is one of the most prime examples of how OG leads can be replaced and the show still continues successfully.

I really don't understand why are abhigya lovers so rude about the dp..they are literally getting personal and trashing the actors..it's okay to love more than 2 actors, i don't get it why they are acting like psyco lovers

LMAO look at us. We trash abhigya for being the worst couple and parents, but we praise pragya and say she deserves better, plus we never trash sriti and shabbir. All our trashing is against abhigya for their ludicrous story and actions. What to those abhgiya fans do? They insult not only new gen character, but they go after fans of new gen by insulting them and even insult the actual new gen actors. They literally have no maturity and sense of realisim in them that they go after the new gen actors and their fans on a personal level, where we pranbir/ new gen fans only talk about abhigya and never the actors. Hopeless people.
