It's a 2 part video, in the first part they discuss about different levels in which cyber security breaches happen - one level is bank level threat where bank itself is vulnerable, the other is where common people having bank accounts are vulnerable.

As far as people who are vulnerable, he talks about different kinds of issues they face, who the offenders are, where they come from and what are the likely possible measures to seek remedy if your money is swindled

It seems if you have been fooled and if you complain to the bank within 3 days, the bank is supposed to give the money back according to the RBI regulations. If the bank doesn't comply, the customer can seek RBI ombudsman for retrieval of money

This however ensures you get back your but does not catch the culprit

I have watched the movie Irumbhu Thirai and it was an eye opener for me. Its a good movie to watch if you havent watched it yet
