Back to reality, Prerna (encouraged by her positive dream) tells Anurag about the pregnancy but Anurag does not remember their jhompadi prem (it's a fact). So he assumes it is Bajaj ka baby. He storms off to, idk, stop/confront/fight with Bajaj. He learns that Bajaj family has left. So he drives off to find them and Komo sees him and accident happens.
hahahahahah I think same when watched precap that why he is so shocked 😳 after hearing that he is living 😆🤣😆
