My read on that is that his desire to connect to her finally took over him....he'd long been suppressing it....the moment she touched his shoulder asking him to go away, a switch flipped inside him and the passion took over.....it was all building up....his tone when he says, "Shh, Mini so rahi hai" should have warned Babita that something has shifted inside him but Babita didn't get it....but when she touched his shoulder, it broke a dam inside him....and then his passion drove him....the passion with which he had desperately desired her for a long time finally compelled him to express a haq that he wouldn't consciously think of exerting....with that haq he held her hand, pulled her to sit next to him and with that haq, he compelled her to open up and feel the mud taking shape beneath their hands....he felt this urge inside to bring out her desire which he too had sensed for a long time....which he knew she was suppressing....that is what made him compel her to put her hands to the mud along with his. I always got the sense in that moment that he wanted her to acknowledge that this is not him alone....this emotion is from both sides....the mitti taking shape in front of them symbolized that....they created it together.....and he could read it in her body language no matter how she tried to hide it.

That scene to me in a nutshell is HS telling Babita that I know you feel this passion just as much as I do....don't lie.

In a conscious state, he'd never have had the guts to say it to her, especially with her Kiraaydaarni demeanor....lol but the atmosphere of that moment....the dark night, the winds blowing, the sexual frustration simmering beneath the argument they'd just had.....the earthy passion of making pots together.....that brought it all out.....lol

@bold, and the look he gave her when he saw her at the top of the stairs told her (and us) he knew the effect he had on her and he let her see the effect she had on it. Everything was out in the open, but the moment he took a few steps towards her she retreated.

All that seems to have disappeared these days. Where is that HS? Has he receded in the knowledge that Babita won't understand his passion?

He got married to Babita😆.

When Dheere Jalna happened, the passion between them was unsaid. Now they have the label of marriage and the passion seems to be getting expressed in their sex life....lol ab HS is sabke baare mein nahin soch raha I guess.

Even though in recent scenes, Babita was again behaving in an obtuse fashion when he was trying to talk about the fact that they both felt something for each other since way back.....but I don't know if they follow up on these convos later when they get to their room.....lol which is why they seem like different ppl from the Dheere Jalna time.

Dheere Jalna was a result of repressed passion.....but now that they are married, is that passion really that repressed? lol it's clearly getting atleast one outlet it didn't get before.....so I don't think it's going to come out as intensely as it did in that Dheere Jalna scene.......not unless they ever explore HS ka past baggage....and woh toh ab....sigh....kya hope karein.

To get a sense of the passion between then, we would need to see meaningful conversations....but all we get is mostly ji huzoori from HS....lol

At that time even Babita took a step forward and wanted to reach out to him, but retreated. There was a lot of passion, sexual tension between them. Thats some sort of immense self-control on her part. Anyone would have jumped and hugged this man that evoked so much desire in you, in real life, the two people would have hugged, made out, and had sex then... but this is ITV show, pre-marital sex is forbidden here 😆

No, I think she should have left, but after the Imarti track was sorted out. Also, there was no discussion between HS and her. Seedha proposal. That was a big mistake.

Yeah, but it wasn't just about the physical aspect, there is an emotional aspect to HS' passion that is still repressed. I am sure he locked that part away on his wedding night. There is no way Babita is ready for it or can handle it.

I was so looking forward to Aniruddh playing those kinds of emotions again, but no chance.

Well I meant in real life that would have happened between two people. Most People don't have that kinda self-control in real life. Even if they didn't have sex, most people would have made out at that point 😆

But thik hai, its ITV they ain't gonna have sex before marriage... but haan they should have shown a passionate hug or a kiss on the cheeks. But Jo bhi tha, it was very nicely executed.

I think it was good for both of them that he had to leave the next day, so that the passion between them lingered and she had time to think about it.

It's fine if she's obsessed with him without losing herself. Woh kaunsa kam obsessed hai Babita se? It's just that he has been that way for months but she's only getting started. 😆

I haven't watched too many ITV shows so I'm not really aware of how such things are depicted but is it common to show FLs obsessing over their husband/partner without them becoming a vamp, possessed, or creepy?
