Anurag meets with accident its plotted by komolika. Anurag car looses its control and falls deep in to bay of bengal.
Small crocodile attacks anurag. One fisher man comes and saves anurag in machli ka jaal.
Than komo takes him to hospital and saves him.

Or maybe she does lose the baby but not in death, the baby is kidnapped, Mohini saves the baby but pretends it's not related to the Basu's by blood thanks to her hatred of Prerna and instead convinces Anurag to adopt the baby and make her image good.
Then we have Anurag not knowing he's raising his own kid. I think that may be an interesting and new take than the usual dead baby/missing baby tracks we always see in Ekta shows.
Prerna, being broken blames herself for her baby being taken and separates from Basus.
