And it's not like her growth would undermine importance of other 2 characters. Showing her as a burden means story is going to move in the circle- babita makes mistake, HS Minnie correct her or tolerate the crap, then next day she'll find another mistake to make , HS Minnie will correct her or tolerate the crap...... And if the show still survives because of TRP and they'll run out of all possible mistakes for her to make- I'll be dead by that time and my grandchildren would narrate the end of the story to my tombstone.

Its babitas choice yes but if she would have been left to make the choice she would still have been living with khuranas when ashok came home with mita.

And if babita is not stopped now she will be going back on whatever she has learnt after walking out of khurana house. The idea of love and all is fine but its never a good idea to loose yourself in anyones love even if the person is a person like HS

And i dont understand this concept of taking names of the other. wife husband ki utni hi hoti hai jina husband wife ka then why does only the wife has to take up names. Another kind of patriarchal view

@bold, yeah even if it's a husband like HS.

I also don't understand the concept because we don't have it in my family but I get that it might be cultural in other families. As long as women have the right to not change the name if they don't want to then I'm fine, otherwise it is indeed a patriarchal thing.
