No because the divorce isnt complete until the third one is given and then the iddat is complete

Okay I see people over here saying that maybe they didnt go all the way. So why was she wearing the pink nightie? Adnan asked us to read between the lines so I guess there must have been some type of physical closeness. It doesn't have to be sleeping together. Maybe mehwish couldn't go through all the way and went to her room or asked him to leave to his room.

Wait I'm confused about Iddat. Let's say she gets the 1st talaq..does iddat start then or does it start after 3rd talaq? From what I know it has to be 3 months time period for divorce (4 months 10 days for husband's demise). So if iddat start's right after 1 talaq then how can she be sure than after 3rd month she'd get the 3rd talaq? I'm confused

k so it starts from the firstone and she stays in iddat until the third one is complete but if its cancelled then her iddat stops right there

Also if a man divorces his pregnant wife, it is counted as divorce although it's a sin to divorce a pregnant woman. It is disliked to divorce a pregnant woman

There's no need of 3 talaqs for Iddat to be completed, or for divorce to become pakka, I wonder why do Pakistani dramas promote 3 talaqs.😳 If a guy divorced a girl by saying: talaq word . And didn't cancel it in 3 months, she becomes free from him after she completes the 3 months period (iddat) or after she delivers (pregnant) . 😊

I've wondered about the three talaqs too. From the dramas I'd originally thought that was how divorce happened and I thought it was pretty unfair.

Only later, when you read more you realise that there's a reason why the most unfair way of divorce is the least reliable/most disliked way of divorce.

I suppose they want to move the dramas fast.
