Good.. yesterday I read on forum that Babita was repeating her mistake by taking pallu and bending down to wishes for others😆 but if Hanuman asks her to do so, at least Babita is not the one to be blamed

Personally, I see no problem with pallu as chachi is likely there for a short visit..

I personally don’t see a big issue with Chachi not approving Mini’s clothes.

This is old generation from village we are talking about. My parents had no issue but whenever we visited village, I would always wear salwar kurta.
If some oldies have rigid views about gender equality, about patriarchy, I put and effort to make them see the bigger picture but for clothes — naah why waste time and energy. It’s not important in big scheme of things. You just have to wear salwar kurta for 2-3 days. Make an adjustment yar. Kyu dimag kharab karna over it. It’s not like it’s gonna affect Mini everyday. It’s just a matter of few days.

And personally I have seen so many people wearing modernest clothes and have such narrow minded rigid thinking. So for me clothes do not define forward or backward thinking.

Anyways for other things, if Chachi is so important, shadi mein na bulaya? Lol. ITV mein important log kabhi bhi nikal aate hai. 😆

Chachi be fun. I want her to push Babes to consider PB seriously.

this forcing clothes on a person is wrong. and its not like mini is wearing short clothes or revealing clothes. she mostly wears full clothes. dupatta ki jagah scarf hota hai many times and thats ok. even salwar kammez can be revealing and saree too but woh to mindset hai ki its traditional. Saree me to side se waist bhi dikhta hai phir sar pe pallu leke kya fayda

And why does babes have to take pallu. chachi koi ladka hai kya that she has to coverup her head. HS women empowerment ki khud baat karta hai

secondly she has come to their house they have not gone there. its not like they have a choice that if they dont want to wear traditional clothes they can opt not to go to village. And hast she travelled the city from the station to their house to see what type of clothes the city people are wearing.

ive seen parents and elders forcing wearing burqa/tie their heads with scarf, on their daughters and its not okay. Its invading the personal rights of what a person wants to dress in what they are comfortable with. it also amounts to shamming a person as to what they are wearing.

Chachi is not forcing per say. She disapproves it. If Mini denies agreeing to it and says no. The max Chachi can do it taunt Hanuman and Babita about it. I am sure neither Babes or HS are gonna force her.

There’s a difference is disapproving and forcing.

My Dad or Mom never told us to wear Salwar Kurta coz we are going to Village. I just did coz kyu faltu ka drama yar. Thik hai.. matter of few days.

And We may not find a big deal with Mini’s clothes but India’s rural Village oldies are set in their ways. There are people like Chachi that exist.

If Babita want she can make adjustment for few days regarding Pallu, if she doesn’t — then rebel against it. Which Babita won’t. Coz I guess she understands Old generation and their rigid mentality! Mini too can deny agreeing to Chachi’s wishes, but that will create arguments. But it’s up to her if she wants to stand up or not. Personally Mujhe to koi big deal nai lagti coz its just a matter of few days. Haa, if it’s gonna be everyday’s thing, you can protest about it!
