Going by the epi only one of two things is possible right. Either its a dream or real..

Dream ke chances toh bahut kam Hai since according to all the bts, there are hospital sequences and moloy is OK.

So that only leaves real.. Here there are again two options..

1)Bajaj will be implicated and out of prerna's life. He will remain in the show for sure but he will be fully negative.

2) Bajaj will make up some story and worm out of the situation. Again, this looks a little less likely coz as someone here already said, what can be an acceptable excuse for trying to murder someone, and bodily harming a n old handicapped man.?

At this point I can see this only going one way!
